The worst period for my eczema was when I was pregnant with my oldest child.  My eczema spread from the typical elbow creases and back-of-the-ear to all over my body and face.  Literally 90% of my body was affected!  The itching was intense and I would dig grooves in my skin in my sleep.  Most of my face was covered in what looked like scales.
